I agree to the following terms and conditions:

I will agree to work only with a horse or horses that I know and trust to be safe for me to use during the class. I will not work with any animal that I am not completely sure I can be safe with during the class.

I will not hold Heart to Heart Horse Ranch, Heart to Heart or Mary Carter or any subsidiary responsible or liable in any way for any damage, injury or consequences that may arise due to my work on horses during and after this class. I understand that equine holistic healing is open to interpretation and not in any way taught to replace veterinary medicine but recommended as an adjunct to.

I understand that I have one month to complete each segment of the six month/part course and that after the one-month period mentioned I will no longer have access to the course information for that month .No exceptions. If I sign up for all six classes, at once I will have a 2-week grace period between each month's courses. This is not open for discussion or change. I will automatically be sent the next course password 2 weeks following the last day of the preceding course.

There are no refunds for any reason.

I will not copy, sell, publish or share this course information, pictures, diagrams etc or any part thereof with anyone under penalty of prosecution.
